Will I consult with an actual attorney?

Yes. Rob meets with each potential client directly and evaluates each legal matter personally.

How much are your fees if you take my case?

Our billing is handled in a number of different ways, based upon the type and complexity of the matter.  Some matters are handled on an hourly basis, others on a flat fee basis.  Most of our employment cases in which we represent the employee are handled on a contingency basis, which means that we receive a percentage of any recovery you obtain.  Fees will be discussed during the consultation, and if we take your case you will receive an engagement letter that spells out exactly how those fees will be calculated.

What’s with the rhinos?

The rhino is a symbol of the way we approach our business:  We charge after our client’s objectives with a single-minded determination to meet those goals.  The image is derived from one of Rob’s favorite books, Rhinoceros Success by Scott Alexander.  Beside all that, Rob just thinks they’re cool.
